A Mauritius-domiciled close-ended fund investing in private senior credit primarily in India. The fund aims to provide 16% USD IRR (20%+ INR IRR) by investing in senior debt with strong asset/cash flow cover and covenant protections.
Radiant Capital Real Estate Fund:
A REIT-style Fund investing in Core/Core+ Income-Generating Real Estate in GCC, Europe and the UK. The fund aims to provide a 7-8% annual yield and targets a net IRR of 12% to the investors by investing in high-quality, long-term leased assets in favourable markets with leverage.
